Sober living homes are group residences for people who are recovering from addiction. In most instances, people who live in sober homes have to follow certain house rules and contribute to the home by doing chores. Most importantly, residents must stay sober throughout their stay in the home. The Faith House Sober Living Communities are multiple sober homes located in Boston.

• We provide medication assisted treatment for those individuals who meet the criteria and residents are treated for mental health disorders within NSMHA.
• This structured and MASH-certified sober house serves men who are serious about their recovery and wish to live in a structured sober living environment as the next step in their recovery journey.
• Teras, our flexible structure home, offers a lower cost model for those ready to return to work, and who have their own transportation.

Search the Massachusetts Alliance for Sober Living  (MASH) directory of all certified sober homes, which follow the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards and have been inspected. For the warmer months, we also have an outdoor meeting area, large decks, and a yard to enjoy. Join our sober living community or alcoholism refer a client, family member, or friend.

• Located in East Boston, the Fran Rowan Meridian House is a 30 bed, coed therapeutic community serving an adult population 18 and over.
• Monthly fees at Tharros include food for all meals and snacks, transportation by our team in commercially insured SUVs, all activities, Tharros groups, and peer mentoring support.
• For others, after 1-6 months at Tharros, clients may choose to transition to Teras.

The recovery community in our New Life sober living home in Boston is a structured and peer-supported group, comprised of men truly committed to their recovery. The home functions as a family to serve the needs of guests, led by an experienced House Mentor and supported by Vanderburgh House staff. New Life Sober Living guests participate in weekly house meetings and community activities focused on men in recovery, both as a home and independently.
